In addition, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the six months prior to the event to which the claim relates.
11. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SURPRiZE U Platform, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. If we terminate your right to use the Site, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party.
The modified terms will take effect immediately after we post them on the Platform. We recommend that you check regularly to understand the latest version.
All content on the SURPRiZE U platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs and software, are protected by relevant laws and are the property of SURPRiZE U or its licensors.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. The SURPRiZE U Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or actions of those sites or services and you use these links at your own risk.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages).
In this case, we will endeavor to notify you and minimize the impact on service.

You promise to comply with all applicable laws when using the SURPRiZE U Platform and not to engage in any activities that are illegal, fraudulent or infringe upon the rights of others.
You are fully responsible for all consequences resulting from improper use.
20. Photography Assistance
Photography is not included in the services we provide. If on-site circumstances and time permit, we may, at our discretion, assist customers in taking photographs. However, photography assistance may not always be available and is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. If you continue to use our services after any revisions, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
