This return policy applies to all products and services purchased on the SURPRiZE U platform.

2. Refund Policy

As we need to prepare materials, staff, tools, and packaging in advance, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. All payments made are non-refundable.

3. Order Changes

If a customer needs to change their order, please contact customer service 3 days before shipment to arrange changes. A $20 administrative fee will be charged for each modification.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. If the delivery or pickup is not completed, the uncollected products will be donated or disposed of, depending on the circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

5. Special Statement

To protect both your and our interests, we reserve the right to make the final interpretation of this policy.
